Need an Appointment?
Your family dentist or physician will send a referral to our clinic and we will contact you within a few weeks to set up an appointment. Our waitlist varies, depending on the urgency and procedure required.

The clinic is located in room 2J122 or directly left upon entering the Janeway main entrance. Metered parking is available in front of the main entrance and in an underground parkway, next to the Rehabilitation Entrance. A drop-off zone is located in the underground garage. Parking at the Health Sciences Centre is also available.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will try our best to see you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Please note, our clinic receives many emergencies and sometimes our dentists are called to the operating room on short notice. If this occurs, your clinic appointment may have to be rescheduled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
